In 1990, four friends in Portland recorded five songs in a basement. They pressed play, hit record, and captured something raw and real — then life moved on.

One of those songs, “Making Dedication”, aired just once on a local radio station and vanished. But decades later, a single cassette recording of that broadcast would become the center of a global mystery — a “lostwave” search that spanned message boards, Reddit threads, and YouTube comments across the world.

Now, 35 years later, the original demo has been lovingly restored and remastered from cassette. These are the same performances, just finally heard the way we always hoped they could be — tested across devices, volume levels, and generations of lostwave fans.
